We invite you to stay in our Mauna Kai luxury home which sleeps 6 people comfortably. (Please contact us for additional sleeping requirements)
Our pristine and private 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely remodeled in the summer of 2006 with a state-of-the-art kitchen, designer fixtures, tropical themed furniture and bamboo flooring throughout. Our home is free-standing, (no units are attached), but has the benefits of an association that include a sparkling pool (the largest in Princeville), cabana, gas BBQ and manicured tropical gardens.
Bring this outside paradise right into your living room as you open the huge glass windows that surround the top floor, allowing the gentle tradewinds to blow, giving you the feeling that you are nestled in the tree tops with the colorful tropical birds. There are several species of flowers and trees, including banana, avocado, palm and plumerias, along with breathtaking views of the mountain waterfall and sunrises over the ocean. |

LIVING ROOM: INCREDIBLE VIEW! Our open space living room provides expansive ocean and mountain views, and is furnished with designer tropical and vintage "Hawaiiana" furniture. Seating includes comfortable sofa with two matching chairs and ottomans.
DINING ROOM: Beautiful views from the top floor which adjoin the open living space. Eight adults can sit comfortably at the dining table and bar/counter area. There is a viewing balcony off the dining/living room.
KITCHEN: New, fully equipped State-of-the-Art gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils.
ENTERTAINMENT AREA: Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet Service (so bring your laptop). Cable TVs, DVD player, stereo receiver with Ipod hook up and telephone.
MASTER BEDROOM: Enjoy the comfy queen sized bed with soft pillows and hotel quality linens, large closet and ceiling fan. There is an LCD cable television and DVD player, clock radio and telephone provided in the Armoire. There is a private bath and dressing area, with a sliding door leading to the outside lanai.
MASTER BATH: Features include designer fixtures, tiled bath, shower and separate vanity area.
BEDROOM #2: Quality queen sized bed with soft pillows and nice linens. There is a chest of drawers, large closet, clock radio and ceiling fan.
BATH #2: Tiki bathroom features bamboo accents and vessel sink.
BEDROOM #3: Charming and cozy twin size beds with nice pillows and nice linens. Large closet, ceiling fan and clock radio.
BATH #3: Located on the entry level floor. Beautifully remodeled with designer fixtures, including teak cabinetry, stone flooring, tiled bath and shower. The shower is accented with a tiled mermaid mural scene.
LAUNDRY AREA: Large capacity washer and dryer are located on the second level. Laundry soap, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. |

ANINI BEACH:
Walking distance to the beach trail leading to the famous, secluded, Anini Beach.
PRINCEVILLE CENTER:
A short 15 minute walk offers a large grocery store, bank/ATM, post office, restaurants, ice cream parlor and gift shops.
KILAUEA LIGHTHOUSE: The famous Kilauea Lighthouse and Bird Sanctuary are just a few miles away.
TOWN OF HANALEI:
The quaint village of Hanalei is just a short drive. Lots of shops, restaurants and Hanalei Bay with it’s beautiful beaches and world famous snorkeling.
